If you have a concern about patient safety or the quality of care at RMCHCS, please report it to the department supervisor or contact the RMCHCS Patient Comment Line at 505-863-7190. A member of our team will respond as quickly as possible. If you have questions about our Complaint/Grievance Procedure, please don’t hesitate to ask.

If you have concerns about the quality of care provided to you or someone else, please consider contacting the healthcare organization and requesting to speak with a “patient advocate.” The patient advocate is responsible for addressing grievances against the organization.

If you are unable to resolve the issue with the patient advocate and wish to take further action, please call 866-496-9647 or visit CIHQ Complaints.
