LoginPosition Summary:
The Vice President of Clinical Services reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer. The Vice President of Clinical Services works with each member of the clinical leadership team to operationalize clinical priorities ensuring optimization of clinical outcomes. The Vice President of Clinical Services will also assist in all process improvement education and projects for each department in the hospital. Fosters a culture of high quality, mission focus, transparency and joy in practice; promotes self-wellness. Reports to the Executive Team and Hospital Board as needed. Completes all other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Education:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, or a clinical healthcare field or a combination of education and equivalent work experience is required.
* Master’s degree in hospital administration, or business administration, education or a relevant field of study highly preferred.
Experience:
* Minimum of two (5) years’ in Senior leadership experience in a healthcare environment required
* Minimum of five (5) years’ clinical experience as an acute care RN
