Job Title: Cook

Job Summary:

Position Summary:
Under immediate supervision of the Dietary Director, the Cook is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality food production, service, portion control and maintaining infection control procedures. The job is of routine difficulty. The Cook is responsible for completing all duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education: * High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred. * Professional culinary training and/or education preferred. Experience: * Previous experience in institutional food service with therapeutic diets preferred.
