Job Title: Administrative Assistant-Plant Operations

Job Summary:

Position Summary:
Under the general direction of the Director of Plant Operations, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for secretarial duties, assisting with compliance, data collection and entry for Maintenance, Security, and Environmental Services, and all other duties as assigned. This position requires the ability to function independently as well as a team member, demonstrating careful adherence to policy and procedure, significant initiative, attention to detail, positive interpersonal skills and sound exercise of discretionary judgment and confidentiality. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for completing all duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Basic Qualifications: Education: * High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Experience: * One (1) year previous Administrative Assistant or Secretarial experience preferred. * Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Required Licensure/Certification(s): * Valid driver’s license and eligibility to be insured under RMCHCS vehicle liability policy is preferred.
